Our juice is made in small batches with organic, sustainably selected produce.
Designed with your health and taste buds in mind, each bottle is a convenient and delicious way to consume vital plant-based nutrients.
With each sip of our juice your body is flooded with vitamins, minerals and enzymes that will increase immunity and energize from head to toe.
Our juice is made daily, using hand-picked produce and a hydraulic press juicer.
There are no added sugars, preservatives and our juice is never pasteurized or compressed under high pressure.
This method ensures our juice is full of live enzymes, vitamins, minerals and nutrients that lasts up to five days in the bottle.
We support local and organic farming practices. We are involved in our community and proud to promote and support locally.
When selecting fruits and vegetables are seasonally unavailable, we assess growing practices to ensure they meet our standards.
Minimizing the time it takes for produce to get from the farm into the bottle is at the forefront of production.
We are always developing new juices to highlight produce at it's peak.

There is no quick fix for healthy living. It is a life-long endeavour, but well worth the investment.
Instead of cleansing to wash away the residue of bad habits, we encourage “recreational” juicing. Cold-pressed juice tastes good, feels good and is actually good for you! Our juices can be consumed anytime for any reason. Using a juice to replace an afternoon snack is a sustainable way to integrate more plants into your diet and begin a juicing routine.
We do not offer traditional cleanses but appreciate the need for a little kick start. If you are looking to reduce cravings, build immunity or shake off sluggishness, adding cold-pressed juice to your daily routine may be a perfect way to begin.
Our juices are designed to be part of a whole food diet to keep you feeling your best but for those looking to benefit from the healing effects of juice and to give their digestive system a rest we offer two Juice Reset Programs.
We believe juicing can help us to examine how what we put in our bodies makes us feel.
All juice programs are completely customized. We take into account our clients’ nutritional needs and dietary preferences when determining which juices to include. Either of our purifying, nutrient dense programs can be done from two to five days. Your choice.
Our goal is to leave you feeling nourished, satisfied and refreshed — always.
We take nutrition seriously

Alex holds a Bachelors of Applied Science and Masters in Nutrition Communication from Ryerson University and has over 15 years of culinary experience. We are local
Alex spent every minute she could at her grandparent’s farm outside St. Mary’s, Ontario, embracing the benefits of food plucked straight from the warm earth: fresh, seasonal, delicious and full of life.
A Toronto native, Alex moved to Stratford with her husband Ryan in 2014 and never looked back.
Learning and purchasing from local suppliers as much as the seasons allow is a priority. We look forward to growing with our vibrant community.
We don’t take short cuts
Making cold-pressed juice is a labour of love. Organic Produce is washed, processed, juiced, mixed and bottled. Approximately 3-5 pounds of product go into one bottle of juice. We are proud to serve our juice in reusable, recyclable, returnable glass bottles. Ask about our bottle return & compost program when purchasing.
